What M-1 is
M-1 is an educational and self-tracking tool for people in peri- or menopause: a symptom and bleeding log, an evidence-graded reference library, a visit-preparation packet, and general exercise/nutrition information. It is a general wellness product, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease.
Beta service
M-1 is currently in beta: an early version, offered so we can test and improve it before a wider launch. Features, wording, and content may change or be withdrawn without notice, and some parts may not work as intended. Independent clinical review of the evidence content is under way. The "No warranty" terms below apply in full.
No warranty
M-1 is provided "as is." We work to keep evidence claims sourced and current (see the Learn section for how and how often), but we make no guarantee that any information is complete, accurate, or applicable to your individual situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M-1 and its operators are not liable for any decision made or action taken based on information in this app, or for any health outcome.
Eligibility
M-1 is intended for adults. It is not intended for use by children.

Content and intellectual property
The text, evidence summaries, routines, recipes, illustrations, and design of M-1 are owned by GNB and may not be reproduced, scraped, or redistributed without permission.
